It is the client’s responsibility to read and understand these terms, by placing your order you are agreeing to these terms.

IMPORTANT DESIGN INFORMATION

Failure to provide the information needed to complete your order will result in cancellation without a refund
Professional OR High Quality photos are required any blurry, pixelated, or filtered photos will not be used
If you would like your logo included in your designs the only file that will be accepted is the transparent .png file
Have a clear vision for your project otherwise, a freestyle charge of $30(USD) will be added to your order. Zero revision sessions will be allowed.
If you are not prepared for Trini Girl Boss Design Studio to start your designs, do not order.

All payments are to be submitted through payhip.com/trinigirlbossdesignstudio. Full payment is required before any work will be done.

Allow 10 business days for design orders (excluding Website Development) & 1-2 business days for revision sessions (included in the 10 days)
Website Development: 30 business days
All turnaround times are subject to change during sales, holidays, and other high volume times.

A Free Canva account can be used to access your template, however, a Canva Pro may be required to access some elements
Trini Girl Boss Design Studio does not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on digital items. If you have issues with your template email tringirlbossdesignstudio@gmail.com
Digital Downloads & Premade Templates are for personal use only. It is not allowed to be shared, transferred, or resold.

All communication is to be done via email, failure to do so will result in order cancellation and no refund will be issued.
If an order is placed and the client “disappears” after 3 business days of no communication your order will be cancelled and no refund will be issued. A restart fee of $30 will be added to your order.
Trini Girl Boss Design Studio has the right to cancel or refuse service to any client that is disrespectful or rushes the design process.

Trin Girl Boss Design Studio does not provide refunds for any services.
Ghosting, posting drafts, and failure to send the necessary information to complete your order will result in order cancellation without a refund.
