How the bundles are picked

Every item is chosen by hand. If I wouldn't list it in my own shop, it doesn't go in yours. That means no stained or damaged stock, no filler pieces bulking out the item count, and nothing picked just to hit a number.

Bundles are completely mixed by design — category, gender, size, brand and colour all vary, and that's deliberate. A varied shop reaches more buyers than a narrow one.

What to expect

• Condition: Bundles can include items from satisfactory condition to new with tags. Satisfactory conditioned items will include imperfections such as 1 small hole, or slightly visible marks. (we will never send anything which is not in a sellable condition), we include a guarantee for only 20% of your order to include items in satisfactory condition.
• Dispatch: Orders are dispatched within 1-3 days of purchase.
• Delivery: items are delivered by Royal Mail tracked delivery.
• Returns: We carry a 14 day return policy for all physical orders. However, if items are not returned in the state they were sent in, we will not be able to complete a refund.
