Ownership:

All digital tree assets are the intellectual property of teesquare™. Purchase grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these assets. Ownership of the original designs remains with the creator.

Permitted Use:

Buyers may use these assets for personal and commercial projects, including but not limited to architectural renderings, presentations, and design layouts.

Prohibited Use:

Buyers may not:

1. Resell, redistribute, or share the assets in their original form.
2. Claim the assets as their own work.
3. Use the assets in any way that infringes on the rights of others or violates the law.

Modifications:

Buyers may modify the assets to suit their projects, but derivative works remain subject to these terms.

Liability:

The seller is not liable for any damages or claims resulting from the use of these assets.
