LG 43NANO80A vs. Hisense 43E7Q Pro: The 2025 Budget TV Battle [VIDEO]

The comparison of two affordable TVs from the 2025 TV lineup is finally online! LG NANO80A I bought back in August and used it as my main PC monitor till the end of the year. On Black Friday 2025, I bought the Hisense E7Q Pro and then started testing it side by side with LG.

After spending quite a lot of time with both the LG 43NANO80A and the Hisense 43E7Q Pro, I’ve put together a comprehensive comparison to see which one actually earns its keep.

What I Discovered?

While LG’s webOS offers a great navigation experience with its on-screen pointer and the scroll wheel, it struggled with speed - even after removing recommendations. On the flip side, the Hisense VIDAA platform was lightning-fast, though its remote is a more traditional, button-heavy design.

The biggest difference, however, lies in the panel types. The IPS vs. VA debate is alive and well here. If you value deep blacks and high contrast for movie nights, one of these TVs clearly pulls ahead, while the other remains the king of wide-angle viewing and PC monitor usage.
