The Young Scholar’s Book Club is an educational program offered face to face, the internet and regular mail. The program offers reading enrichment, tutoring assignments for Pre-K through 4th grade in all subjects, vocabulary building skills, analytical and critical thinking skills, and a whole lot more.
TYS Book Club promotes encouragement and support for Pre-K through 4th grade. Every month the book club provides a monthly book title for members to read, a book assignment, weekly tutoring worksheets in all subjects, feedback, awards for doing well on assignments, recognition on “The Young Scholar’s Book Club” website, workshops, and more….
Mission:
The mission of The Young Scholar’s Book Club is to provide a free educational program via the internet and regular mail. The program builds a strong educational foundation for elementary students who are Pre-K to 4th Grade. The Young Scholar’s Book Club reinforces grade level skills taught in schools, increases vocabulary, enforces reading, tutoring in all core subjects and provides encouragement and support for “The Young Scholar” throughout the educational process.
