1. Do NOT redistribute my packages in any way, shape or form

2. Do NOT make any avatars public

3. Do NOT claim models as your own

4. You can NOT take/reuse ANY parts/assets/textures/etc off models. All assets used are listed in the credits

5. Only the account credited in checkout questions is allowed to upload the model to their personal account

6. No refunds on digital goods

7. Editing models is allowed for personal use

8. PAID Models are intended for 18+

9. Only verified 18+ can purchase NSFW/Full versions - get verified in server

10. Use the gifting option at checkout if gifting to another account

11. NO Subboki model/mesh/texture is allowed to be used for ANY generative AI use

TOS

1. Do NOT claim assets as your own - regardless how heavily edited
2. All assets with commercial license are allowed for Commercial/Personal avatars with proper credit (@subboki) & link to my shop! Please ask to use on free/nitro!
3. Do NOT purchase a personal license and then use the asset on commercial avatars
4. Assets must be purchased in order to use, and must be re-purchased and gifted if you wish to give to another - commissions included. Sharing files IS leaking and you will be banned/blacklisted
5. No Refunds on digital goods
6. Selling retextures of my assets IS allowed as long as no original fbx file or original texture is included! Must only sell overlays and link to original listing! Credit @subboki
7. NO Subboki model/asset/texture is allowed to be used for ANY generative AI use
