A growing library of guided audio for sleep, read by two narrators, with a sound mixer to build your own blend.
Nightly Sleeping is a quiet corner of the internet for people who find it hard to switch off at night.
Inside the members area there is a growing library of guided recordings, all made to be listened to in bed with the lights off. The breathing tracks pace your breath for you, so there is nothing to count and no music to compete with. The spoken guides take one sleep question each and explain it calmly in about three minutes.
Lucy reads the Quiet Evenings series and Fiona reads Take a Breath. Both speak slowly and evenly, and every recording is level matched so the volume stays steady from one track to the next.
There is also a sound mixer. Rain and thunder are in the mixer. There is the sea and a stream too. Wind and fire are there as well. You set how loud each one sits. It is streaming only, so nothing is saved to your phone.
New recordings are added as they are made, and they appear in your library straight away at no extra cost.
One membership covers two devices. Your phone and your tablet can both be signed in. There is no password to invent. You sign in with a link sent to your email address, and you can cancel whenever you like.
This is a listening library and not medical care. If a sleep problem is not settling, please see your doctor. The recordings about sleep apnoea and CPAP are written to sit alongside medical advice, as is the insomnia guide.
