Orders on-hand are expected to ship weekly. However, I usually wait until there's a few orders before shipping since the post office is a bit far from my place.
If your order contains any pre-order items, I will only be able to ship it once all items are with me. If you cannot wait, please make a separate order for on-hand items and pre-order items.

Shipping usually takes 2-8 weeks. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped.

The customer will be responsible for handling customs fees, tariff fees, VAT fees, or any other additional fees, as I have no control over them.
EU VAT Rules: As the Philippines does not meet the EU’s VAT requirements, VAT is not prepaid. However, customs fees may still apply, including for orders shipped to the UK. Customers are responsible for any taxes or fees.
For UK customers, EORI number is required. France, Brazil, Jordan, Mexico, Chile, Argentina: Tax ID number is required. Orders will be cancelled if this is not provided.

Refunds are only acceptable if there are missing and/or incorrect item/s.
Returned packages can be sent again for the same shipping cost.
While I do my best to package your orders securely, once packages are handed over to the courier they are out of my control. I cannot be held liable for any damage or losses occurred during transit.
