Please have unity knowledge before purchasing my avatars. I am not responsible for you breaking my avatar in unity by making changes and I am not responsible for you breaking my avatar in blender, either.

Please have Blender & Unity knowledge before purchasing head edits from me. Understand, I cannot help you work with the head only possible genuine issues stemming from my heavy sculpt of the OG head.

Uploads of my avatars result in a $5 fee via Payhip Tip Jar, PayPal, or Cash App. Please consider this when purchasing my models in case you are unable to upload due device limitations or have no knowledge of unity.

I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of my products constitutes acceptance of the latest version.

Licensing

All avatars and head edits by me are “licenses” to use the product, that means you cannot claim you made the model or that “it is yours”. I made the avatar and you bought it. Whether you edited it or not. I heavily sculpted the OG head you did not, please do not claim credit for my head edit and please credit the creator of the OG head base.

My avatars are licensed for personal use only.

You, the individual who purchased the avatar, holds the rights to the avatar. NOBODY ELSE BUT YOU MAY USE THIS AVATAR. Send them to my Payhip to purchase for themself.

My head edits are licensed for personal and commercial use only (not for commissions).

You, the individual who purchased the head edit holds the rights to the head edit. NOBODY ELSE BUT YOU MAY UTILIZE THIS HEAD EDIT. Send them to my Payhip to purchase for themself.

You must fill out the correct information at the checkout or your license to the avatar and head edit will be revoked.

Payments, Refunds & Chargebacks

All sales are final. No refunds or chargebacks are permitted on digital products. Any unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate ban and blacklist.

Once you have downloaded the package, it cannot be refunded. Exchanges are not allowed. If you try to exploit this or ANY of my terms through other means, you will be banned, and blacklisted.

If you have an active blacklist for ripping, leaking or immoral acts; you likely are blocked from purchasing from my shop. If you know you got a blacklist on you and you wanna purchase my avatars; i'd just advise you to refrain from doing so as if you are banned(and most likely are) you are unable to access my avatars. You will not be able to obtain my files if you are banned.

Any violation of my TOS will result in: swift ban and blacklist from my discord server and store access along with the inability to use, purchase or own my avatars. (past and future products).

Continued use of my product after a ban and blacklist is strictly prohibited and will result in DMCA takedown.

File-sharing, leaking, reselling, price-splitting, or redistributing, uploading my models as a public avatar in VRChat, Uploading to any other platform or game outside VRChat (Resonite, ChilloutVR, SL, IMVU and more), asset farming off my avatars, heavily modifying my models to the point where it is no longer recognizable (head and body re-sculpts and headswaps are NOT permitted, whatsoever), using my avatar in ANY AI SOFTWARE AI training or AI content, and anyone under the age of 18 years old using, owning, or purchasing my avatars is PROHIBITED.

Gifting

You, the gifter have no rights to my model unless you purchase separately with your own information at checkout.

Users who gift products to banned individuals will also be banned, I do not care if “you did not know”. The person receiving said gift, was aware of their ban and allowed you to gift them. You, unfortunately, will be subject to the same consequences.

Editing

Editing is allowed under the following conditions:

• 4-5 of assets ive added need to still be on the model (body, head and anything that's merged to the body ALREADY, does not count.)

Assets used on my avatars must be purchased from their original creators if you would like to use them for yourself. DO NOT TAKE ASSETS OFF MY AVATAR FOR YOUR USE!

Social Media Usage

Use of my avatars in any social media content like streaming, any kind of commission, paid content, or promotions requires that you tag me or at least mention the name of the avatar and the creator name in your caption or description. (for streaming, that may be an onscreen text box) I have my socials linked on my store.

Gatekeeping

Gatekeeping is prohibited. Don’t be weird. It’s available for the public to see and on sale for all 18 years old or older to purchase for a reason. I want EVERYONE to enjoy my work. If I personally come across gatekeeping of my avatars, I will check you. Like I said, do not be weird. Why not let others enjoy art as much as you do? ♡

Avatar Issues

If you are having any issues with uploading the avatar, please join the Discord listed at the top and open up a ticket, it will be $5 for an upload. I offer an extensive tutorial video on how to upload my avatars including a "Read Me!" document. Additionally, I have the same videos and detailed instructions on how to upload and fix certain errors. If you attempt to upload and still are unable to upload after following my instruction, open a ticket and I will assist you further. Please provide proof of purchase in the ticket.

If there are any clipping issues with the avatar, please join the Discord and open up a ticket with a screenshot so that I can fix it immediately!

If VRChat decides to push an update or Unity updates and it breaks the package; it is NOT my responsibility to fix it.

Discount Codes

Do not join my server to get a code and then leave after you redeem the code, I will ban you from my shop and discord server.
