• They must be part of a completed avatar (not standalone or isolated).

• Do not upload, share, or resell the Assets as-is, or in asset packs, folders, templates, or libraries—even if modified.

Whenever an Asset is used on or in connection with an avatar or visual content, credit must be given visibly in the description.

Required credit example: "[Asset] made by Vynniea"

A direct link to my store is also highly appreciated.

This applies to commercial and non-commercial use alike.

5 - Modification Policy

You are allowed—and encouraged—to modify the Assets to suit your needs. This includes:

• Recoloring, resizing, or retexturing

• Combining with other Assets

• Customizing for specific characters or themes

However, credit to Vynniea is still required even if the Asset is heavily modified.

The Assets may not be used in:

• Hateful, discriminatory, or abusive content

• Sexually explicit, fetish, or NSFW material of minors and/or childlike avatars

• Political propaganda or misinformation

• Any unlawful or harmful context

Additionally, the Assets may not be:

• Resold, traded, uploaded, or leaked in standalone form

• Reuploaded to marketplaces (e.g., Payhip, Gumroad) as loose files or asset packs

Violation of these Terms may result in:

• License termination

• Blacklisting from future purchases

• DMCA takedown or legal action if necessary

Vynniea reserves the right to revoke your license at any time for breach of these Terms.

• Personal profile avatars (e.g., social media, VTubing) Credit to Vynniea must be clearly given in the description or bio of any public-facing content where the Avatar is used.

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Redistribution: You may not share, resell, trade, or leak the Avatar files in any form, modified or unmodified.
• Mass Production: You may not use the Avatar for merchandise, NFTs, or any mass commercial purposes without express written permission.
• Extreme Alteration: You may customize your Avatar (e.g., outfit changes, color adjustments), but it must remain recognizable as the original character. Extreme modifications that distort the identity, style, or brand integrity of the Avatar are not allowed.
• AI Training or Derivation: You may not use the Avatar for AI training, dataset inclusion, or any generative derivation without permission.

• License termination

• Blacklisting from future purchases

Vynniea reserves the right to revoke usage rights at any time in cases of abuse or misuse.
