1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and using Warong Buku's website (the "Site") and purchasing products, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

2. Products and Delivery: Warong Buku owns the copyright for these products, has the resell rights from the original author or public domain materials like fairy tales or folklore. Upon successful payment, you will receive a download link via email to access your purchased Products. This download link is valid for one month (1) after the purchase date. Warong Buku does not guarantee the download link will remain active after this timeframe.

3. Intellectual Property: All Products sold on the Site are protected by intellectual property laws. Depending on the product license specified at the time of purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products for personal or commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Products without express written permission from Warong Buku.

4. Payment: Payment for Products is processed through secure payment gateways. All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

5. Customer Support: Warong Buku provides customer support via email at warongbuku2021@gmail.com and Whatsappas indicated on your receipt. We aim to respond to inquiries within 24 hours.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties: The Products are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Warong Buku does not warrant that the Products will be error-free or compatible with your specific software or devices. Warong Buku has tested the files to function as intended on our side, but compatibility issues may arise.

7. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Warong Buku shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Site or the Products. 

8. Downloads and Returns: Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds once the download link has been sent. You are allowed a maximum of five downloads within one month of purchase. After this timeframe, refunds will not be considered.

Exceptions:

• Product Defects: If you receive a corrupted file or experience technical difficulties accessing your purchased Product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at warongbuku2021@gmail.com or Whatsapp as shown in receipt. We will promptly provide a replacement file or troubleshoot the issue.
• Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, please contact us within 7 days of the second purchase for a refund on the duplicate order.

Refund Process:

If a refund is granted under the exceptions listed above, it will be processed within 3 business days to the original payment method.

9. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
