Hello there! Thank you for visiting our printables shop! This FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page is created to make things clear for both the seller and the buyer. We outlined some of the questions and answers here that you might have. If you still have any questions, feel free to contact us.
What kind of products do you offer here?
All products in this shop are printables and digital downloads. Once your payment is confirmed, you can download the files to your computer instantly. No need to wait for shipping and delivery and no physical product will be shipped.

How to order?
Choose the products you like – add to cart – view cart – enter coupon (if any) – update cart – proceed to checkout.
Enter your billing details – that is email address.
Check your order and amount, then proceed to PayPal.
If you have a PayPal account, you can log in there first. Once you click on the “Proceed to PayPal” button, it’ll direct you to your PayPal account right away. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can pay with your credit card via PayPal.
What is the transaction currency?
All products transaction currency is in USD.
What is your payment method?
PayPal is the preferred method to process your payment. Please check out the PayPal website here if you haven’t used them yet. We don’t store your payment info.

Your email address will only be used for you to access the digital files and subscribe to our mailing list for special offers. You can unsubscribe anytime.
*We cannot offer technical help for downloading and printing the files due to different systems and browsers. But the steps below are what we use. Just in case you still have a concern, you may get our freebies by subscribing to our email list here. Or, if you don’t feel like subscribing, you may try these printables instantly:
How to download?
We offer PDF and/or JPEG files for our products which we mention on each product page. After you make your purchase, you’ll see a download button there and also in your email.
For individual PDF / JPEG files, use the download button or simply right-click and save the files to your computer.
If one digital product contains different files, you’ll receive a compressed ZIP file. Right-click the file and select “Extract All” or double-click the ZIP file and click “Extract All” on top, then save to your computer.
Please download the files and save to your computer right away. This is due to the download limits. But no worries, in case you need help with downloading the files, please email us here.
How to print?
You can print at home, print via printer online, or print at a local shop. We tried both printings at home and also at a local shop.
Please refer to the *blog posts mentioned above. Colors may vary due to different computer screens, printouts & materials.
Note: The printables that I print out usually contain white borders on all sides of the paper. This means the printing won’t be able to stretch to the edges of the paper.
But, if your printer has the option to do “borderless printing” or change the setting manually, perhaps you can print it without borders. I’m sorry I can’t tell you for sure, since my printer doesn’t have that option. Even if I print it at a printer shop, the printout I get always has white borders.

Do you offer customized / personalized products?
Due to time constraints, customized / personalized products are not available at the moment. We offer common file sizes such as 8″x10″, US letter size, A4, A5, and 11″x14″. All files will be in PDF format and some files will include JPEG files as well. We might offer such service at a later date or on a case-to-case basis.
Do you offer a special design request?
If you have a particular design in mind, for example, a sunflower on stationery paper, kindly write to us! We’ll check and do our best to accommodate such requests and make them available in our shop.
Refund and Return Policy
Due to the nature of the products (digital downloads), all sales of products on this website are final. So refund is not accepted. We’d appreciate it if you could check the products and confirm that you are okay with the printables and apply the coupon code correctly (if any). We hope the refund policy is clear and no confusion (and no headache!) for both parties.
On another note, we designed each product with love and care. If you still find some errors, such as out of alignment, please notify us. We will then check and make changes (if any) at no extra cost.
All printables and digital files are for personal use only. Please do not share or resell the files in any way, shape, or form.
