By purchasing my work, you agree to these terms and conditions below.

You acknowledge that you are at least three months above the age of 18. All of my products are prohibited from use by anyone under the age of 18.

Any redistribution, removal, re-use or misuse of my work and its containing assets and components VIA unity package file sharing, leaking, ripping, price-splitting or license key sharing is strictly forbidden and may be pursued with a DMCA or appropriate legal action. Please use the credits provided to purchase the asset/component from its original creator if you would like to use it.

Any use of my work with AI data training, generative AI, political malice, violence, hate speech, and discrimination is strictly prohibited and will result in any active license keys to be deactivated and future access to my store being revoked indefinitely.

Any gatekeeping of my work is prohibited. I require credit for use on all platforms. (Instagram, TikTok, Fansly, X, etc.) Credit must be visible VIA a hyperlink to the corresponding product page, or "'Avatar Name' By Weapon X"

Purchasing any of my VRChat models grants a personal license ONLY to the owner of the info provided during checkout. Any falsified or misleading info will result in active license keys being deactivated and future access to my store revoked. Any of my work found to be used and not purchased from me VIA PAYHIP.COM/WEAPONEXE will be reported, taken down and the user will be blacklisted from my network.

If you are banned from my server, you are banned from my network, including my store. If you believe you were falsely subjected to a ban, you may appeal by opening a ticket in my discord. Please note appeals are not guaranteed but will be investigated fairly.
