Order Processing:

• Once you place an order, please allow 5-10 business days for production. I work with a trusted printing company to ensure the highest quality prints for my customers.

Shipping Times:

• After processing, orders are shipped as quickly as possible.
• Shipping times vary depending on the customer's location, holidays, weather delays and other events.

Shipping Rates:

• Shipping is free with Canada and the continental US. For anywhere else, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping:

• International shipping is available for most countries. If your country is not available for shipping, please reach out to me via email (hello@whitneybarkman.ca) and I will see what I can do.
• Please note that any orders outside of Canada may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by the country's customs department. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Upon Delivery:

• Upon delivery, please inspect your package for any signs of damage. If you do notice signs of damage to the artwork, please reach out immediately so that I can work to resolve the issue.
