Dr. Hamilton-Wright is a social scientist, researcher, writer, and training designer whose work spans conflict analysis and resolution, mediation, human and organizational dynamics, curriculum development, and knowledge management. Her professional experience includes federal social science work and research involving military and veteran communities. Her mediation background includes mediator certification received through the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI), and she is an MBTI® Certified Practitioner.
Her scholarship includes Womenwarography™, developed through research with women military veterans and women military spouses and focused on women, war, and humanitarianism.
Dr. Hamilton-Wright creates research-informed, practical resources for individuals, professionals, educators, and organizations navigating conflict, caregiving, helping, responsibility, leadership, relationships, work, and community life. She created Wise Limits™, a practical, research-informed decision system for navigating helping and involvement with attention to clarity, capacity, appropriate responsibility, and agency.
