when you sign up to join my snail mail club, you will receive a letter themed from that current month. for example, if you sign up on February 28th, you're still eligible to receive february's letter. once the month is over, i post the stickers and postcards on my shop for purchase. check out my tiktok page for more details on what you receive that month!
BILLING:
when you sign up, you are agreeing to a recurring subscription. after the initial payment, monthly subscribers will be charged on the same day of the month you initially made your subscription. if a payment fails, you will be notified and given a grace period to try your payment again. after the grace period, your subscription will be automatically canceled.
TO CANCEL:
To cancel, update your payment details, or modify your subscription shipping information, log in to the customer portal.
If you are changing your address details, please be sure to set your new address as the default.

the estimated time of arrival for your order can vary depending on factors such as your location and the time of year. unfortunately i'm not able to provide tracking info --- i drop off the letters to the post office and hope for the best!

USA
- USPS First Class: 2 - 14 business days
International
- USPS First Class International: 7 - 30 business days
A shipping notification will be sent when they are sent out.

if you realize there's a mistake, contact me as soon as possible—changes can only be made before the order is processed, but I will try my absolute best to update it before I ship it out to you. unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds for orders sent to an incorrect address.

at this time, i am not able to offer a refund for such cases. i can offer a replacement or store credit, especially if your order has passed the time window listed in the above question.
