2. Store platform, cookies and third-party services

This store runs on the Payhip platform (Payhip Ltd., United Kingdom). When you visit the store, Payhip processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of access and sets strictly necessary cookies (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, § 25(2) TDDDG). Analytics and marketing tracking is switched off for this store, so no analytics or marketing cookies are set. The platform still loads some third-party files, including Adobe Fonts, content delivery networks and script libraries from Google and Meta (Facebook); when these files load, your IP address may be transferred to these providers, including to the USA (EU-US Data Privacy Framework). 3. Orders

For contract and delivery I process your email address, country, name if provided, order data, license key and your consent to immediate delivery. Legal bases are the performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legal obligations such as tax retention duties (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). Payhip calculates and remits VAT.

4. Payment providers

Payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland). Your payment data goes directly to Stripe; I do not receive full card details. Stripe also processes data for fraud prevention and may transfer data to the USA; the Stripe group is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. 5. Contact

If you contact me via the contact form, email or Discord, I process your data to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).

6. Product updates and follow

If you select “Send me product updates and offers via email” at checkout or follow the store, you receive emails about new products based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.

7. Customer reviews

If you submit a review, the review text, rating and your name (last name shortened) are published after I approve the review (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

8. Storage period

I keep data only as long as necessary for the respective purpose. Order and invoice data is kept for up to ten years due to statutory retention duties.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg.
