terms of service

the terms written below apply to all of yuena's asset and avatar work (hereinafter referred to as "products"), whether obtained by the customer through this store page, the old gumroad store page, or yuena's discord server, and regardless of product type (paid, free, commissions, discord server and nitro booster perks, and discord server giveaways).

general terms

• all purchases are final and non-refundable; these are digital products.

• basic blender/unity knowledge is needed when purchasing these products. yuena is not obliged to teach you how to use the products, and will not be held responsible if any future software update compromises the functionality/aesthetic of said products.

• if no legitimate discord tag and email is provided at checkout, your license is not valid.

• for 'free in server' products, license validity is based on your membership in yuena's discord server, unless you purchase it from the store. if you never joined/leave the server, your license is not valid.

• if you are banned from yuena's discord server, you do not have the rights to use yuena's products.

• do not re-distribute yuena's products, even if they are free. please share the store or discord server link instead.

• do not re-sell/re-distribute yuena's products as your own. even if you edit them, that does not make them yours.

asset usage

• assets can only be re-sold/re-distributed on fully completed models.

• you may edit/re-texture yuena's assets for use on avatars, but the end result must still be recognizable as the original product, and must still be credited to yuena.

• do not take apart yuena's products for mesh/texture to use on products you are redistributing under your name. this especially applies to asset mesh.

• the price of your for-sale model cannot go below the total cost of yuena's assets being used on that model.

• you cannot use more than 3 assets - free, paid or nitro - on the same avatar for commercial use; free/public/nitro/commission models. note: assets such as jewellery, nails, gestures and textures are exempt from this count. outfit sets are counted per item used (e.g. top, bottom & lingerie set = 3 assets). 

• use of paid assets on free, nitro and public avatars is permitted only if yuena is informed beforehand via discord. please do not wait until you have finished the model to ask; if you have been involved with questionable practices before, yuena reserves the right to refuse permission.

• credit .yuena. and link to the item on the store or the main store page. example: skirt - .yuena. [hyperlinked or link here]

• yuena's assets are meant for use only on vr social games (i.e. vrchat/chilloutvr/etc.). if you wish to use any assets for v-tubing, please reach out to yuena via discord.

the above terms are subject to change.

it is your responsibility to check the terms and adhere to them at the time of your purchase, and when you publish your model.

by purchasing/downloading yuena's products, you agree to the above terms.
