PERMITTED USES

You may:

• Install the Font on up to 3 devices for 1 user.
• Test the Font before purchasing a commercial license.
• Use the Font for personal, non-commercial experimentation.
• Create personal design drafts and concepts.
• Evaluate the Font for potential commercial projects.
• Use the Font for portfolio exploration, provided the resulting work is not used commercially.

NOT PERMITTED

The Demo License does not permit:

• Commercial use.
• Paid client work.
• Logo or brand identity use for a commercial entity.
• Commercial merchandise.
• Commercial advertising.
• Paid products or services.
• Monetized websites or applications.
• Commercial publishing.
• Commercial social media campaigns.
• Selling or distributing designs containing the Font as a commercial product.
• Registering a trademark containing a design created with the Font.
• Redistribution of the Font Software.

COMMERCIAL USE

If a project created with the Demo License becomes commercial, you must obtain an appropriate commercial license before commercial use begins.

The Standard License is intended for individual designers, freelancers, creators, and small businesses.

PERMITTED USES

The Standard License includes:

• 1 user
• Up to 3 devices
• Commercial use
• Logo and branding
• Print production up to 3,000 units
• Website use up to 10,000 page views per month
• Commercial design projects
• Social media graphics
• Promotional materials
• Packaging and printed materials
• Client projects within the permitted limits
• Digital artwork and advertising within the permitted scope
• OTF and TTF formats

Logo & Branding

You may use the Font to create:

• Logos
• Wordmarks
• Brand identities
• Business names
• Labels
• Packaging
• Promotional branding

However, purchasing this license does not transfer ownership of the Font itself.

You may own the resulting logo or artwork according to applicable copyright and trademark law, but you may not claim ownership of the Font Software or its underlying glyph designs.

Merchandise

Commercial merchandise production is permitted up to 3,000 physical units.

Examples include:

• T-shirts
• Hoodies
• Posters
• Hats
• Stickers
• Bags
• Prints
• Packaging
• Other physical products

Production beyond the permitted quantity requires an upgraded license.

Website Use

Website use is permitted for websites generating up to:

10,000 page views per month.

The Font may be used as part of a website design within the permitted scope.

The Font Software itself may not be made available for visitors to download, extract, or redistribute.

The Professional License is intended for professional designers, design studios, creative professionals, agencies, and growing brands requiring broader commercial usage.

PERMITTED USES

The Professional License includes:

• Up to 8 devices
• Commercial use
• Logo and branding
• Merchandise production up to 15,000 units
• Website use up to 100,000 page views per month
• Digital advertising up to 50,000 impressions per month
• Commercial client work
• Marketing campaigns
• Promotional materials
• Print and digital applications
• OTF and TTF formats

Merchandise

You may manufacture and sell physical products containing the Font in quantities up to:

15,000 units per licensed design/project.

If production exceeds this limit, an upgraded license is required.

Digital Advertising

The Professional License permits use of the Font in digital advertising campaigns up to:

50,000 impressions per month.

This may include:

• Digital banners
• Social media advertisements
• Online promotional campaigns
• Display advertising
• Digital marketing graphics

Higher advertising volumes require a Business or Corporate License, depending on the scale of use.

The Business License is intended for agencies, established businesses, brands, production companies, publishers, and organizations with larger-scale commercial requirements.

PERMITTED USES

The Business License includes:

• Up to 25 devices
• Commercial use
• Logo and branding
• Trademark registration
• Merchandise production up to 500,000 units
• Website use up to 1,000,000 page views per month
• Digital advertising up to 50,000 impressions per month
• App and game use
• Server use
• ePub and digital publishing for up to 5 titles
• Commercial client projects
• Large-scale promotional campaigns
• Physical and digital products
• OTF, TTF, and WOFF formats

Trademark Registration

Unlike the Standard and Professional licenses, the Business License permits the resulting logo or wordmark created using the Font to be submitted for trademark registration, subject to applicable trademark law and the requirements of the relevant jurisdiction.

This permission does not grant ownership of the Font itself.

The trademark, if successfully registered, must relate to the Licensee's resulting logo, wordmark, or brand identity—not the Font Software as a standalone typeface.

Apps, Games & Servers

The Business License permits the Font to be incorporated into:

• Commercial applications
• Video games
• Interactive software
• Digital products
• Server-based applications
• Other commercial software environments

The Font Software must not be distributed as a standalone downloadable font to end users unless explicitly permitted by a separate written agreement.

ePub Publishing

The Business License permits Font use in up to:

5 ePub titles.

Each additional title beyond this limit requires an additional license or license upgrade.

The Corporate License is intended for large organizations, corporations, enterprise brands, and businesses requiring broad or unrestricted internal and commercial usage.

PERMITTED USES

The Corporate License includes:

• Unlimited users
• Unlimited devices
• Unlimited commercial projects
• Unlimited product production
• Unlimited website traffic
• Unlimited digital advertising
• Broadcast and TV usage
• Unlimited applications and software
• Unlimited servers
• Priority support

Commercial Production

There is no specified production quantity limit for merchandise and other commercial products under the Corporate License.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Apparel
• Packaging
• Posters
• Printed products
• Promotional merchandise
• Retail products
• Branded materials
• Large-scale commercial campaigns

Website & Digital Use

The Corporate License does not impose a monthly page-view limit for websites operated by the Licensee.

It also permits broad digital advertising and promotional use without the limitations applicable to lower license tiers.

Broadcast & TV

The Corporate License permits use of the Font in:

• Television programs
• Broadcast graphics
• Commercials
• Promotional videos
• Corporate videos
• Streaming content
• Broadcast branding
• Large-scale media campaigns
