hi my names Aaron and i used to be a pretty overweight guy. majority of my life i hated the way i looked until i found the gym. the first year i didn"t really have clue what i was doing and would try any old plan until it came to my second year of training where i discovered the ppl x arnold split. this split made me the most progress in the gym and by far was the most fun split i could stay consistent with, overtime i tweaked it abit to be more hypertrophy focused and be most optimal for building muscle. so if you buy thisd plan just know its not just sets and reps i"ve got loads of tips in there i wish i knew when i started and even if you"ve been lifting a while its a clear plan which i guarantee if you stick to it you'll make progress!
