About Me
I’m Cameron, a natural lifter, fitness creator, and powerlifting enthusiast focused on getting stronger while building an aesthetic physique.
I started lifting because I wanted to become stronger, look better, and push myself beyond what I thought I was capable of. Over time, I’ve learned that making progress isn’t about doing random workouts—it’s about having a structured plan, consistently training hard, recovering properly, and tracking your progress.
I created these programs to give you the structure I wish I had when I started.
Whether your goal is to increase your bench, build more muscle, or become a stronger overall lifter, my goal is to provide simple, effective programs that you can actually follow and make progress with.
Train hard. Stay consistent. Get stronger.

WHO IS THIS FOR?
Road to 225 is for lifters who:
• Are stuck around the 185–215 lb bench range
• Want to build a stronger bench without overcomplicating training
• Want a structured plan instead of figuring out their workout every day
• Want to improve their technique and confidence under heavy weight
• Are willing to put in the work for 8 weeks
225 isn't guaranteed.
Your starting strength, experience, technique, recovery, and consistency will all affect your results.
What this program does give you is a structured 8-week plan designed to help you build the strength needed to take a serious shot at 225.
THE GOAL
You don't need a perfect program.
You need a plan.
You need consistency.
And you need to lock in.
Run the program. Track your lifts. Get stronger every week.
Then see what you're capable of.
