How Ordering Works

Browse the shop and select the custom you want.
Place Order and Pay
Complete checkout through the website to secure your order.
Submit customization Details
Complete the customization form with your contact information, photos, wording, colors, sizes and other details.
Review and Revise
A design proof will be sent by email for review. If changes are needed, revisions may be requested during this stage.
Approve Design
Once you are happy with the final design and approve it, the design is considered final and your order will move into production.
Production Time and Shipping
Once your design is approved, your order goes into production. Production times vary by product and are listed on each product page. Production time does not include shipping or delivery time.
Secure Checkout
Payments are processed securely through Payhip’s trusted payment providers. The Broke Crafter LLC does not receive or store your full credit card or payment information.
