Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personal information, shipping details, and product selections are correct before placing an order.

Once an order is submitted, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.

Processing Time

All items are handmade and created with care.

Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping & Delivery

• All orders are shipped via USPS.
• Once a package is handed over to USPS, The Design Dealer and Quiet Alchemy is not responsible for delays, damage, loss, or misdelivery.
• Any delivery issues must be handled directly with USPS.

No Refunds or Exchanges

Due to the nature of handmade and digital products, all sales are final.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered.

Digital Product Usage

• You may print and sell physical items created using my digital designs (e.g., notepads, stickers, stationery, keychains, etc.).
• You may NOT resell, share, gift, or distribute the digital files themselves in any form.
• You may NOT claim the artwork or design as your own.
• Make sure you’re familiar with how to run your own 3D printer, including dialing in settings and working with different filament
• All files have been tested and optimized for 3D printing; however, results may vary based on your specific printer, settings, and filament used.
• Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

Intellectual Property

All designs, illustrations, and digital files are the intellectual property of The Design Dealer and The Quiet Alchemy Stationery Co.

Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of digital files is prohibited.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to a production error on my end, please contact me within 48 hours with photos so I can assist.

This does not apply to USPS-related issues.

Custom Orders

Custom or personalized items follow the same policies:

• No refunds or exchanges
• Customer is responsible for verifying spelling, colors, and details before checkout
• Processing time may vary depending on complexity
