My name is Davene du Plessis and I am a Christian artist based in South Africa.

My inspiration comes from Scripture and all the natural elements of the earth and space which God created so beautifully. I've been blessed with a passion for art and craft and intend to use it to share the Gospel message.

I love experimenting with a variety of mediums such as watercolor, acrylics gouache, paper collage, texture paste and wood just to name a few.

My art is a sacred expression that brings the divine into the visible world, drawing from Scripture, tradition, and personal devotion. Through vivid imagery, symbolism, and storytelling, it offers a glimpse into God’s love, grace, and salvation. Each piece serves as a visual prayer, connecting the spiritual with the physical and offering a timeless witness of faith. Christian art continues to inspire, uplift, and reveal God’s presence in our lives.
