My name is Shayna White. I created this e-book for someone who is just starting off with their freeze dryer. I noticed most books starting off were $10 or more. I wanted to create some thing that was cheap, simple, and easy to follow if you yourself are just now starting out. The process of “freeze drying” candy is a fun one, but comes with a ton of trial and error. My hope is, with this book, it will eliminate some of the error and frustration.
