• Physical goods: must be returned in original condition within 5 days of receipt
• Digital goods: refunds only under special circumstances (e.g. defective files, non-delivery)

2. How to Request a Refund / Return

3. Return Shipping & Costs

You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless otherwise stated). We reimburse original shipping only if we shipped in error.

4. Processing Refunds

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 2 business days.

5. Exchanges

If you want a different product, contact us. Exchanges are processed as a return + a new purchase.
