Usage Rights

• You are allowed to use an purchased asset for personal and commercial use, including avatars that are on sale.
• You may NOT use an purchased asset on nitro, public or free avatars, unless the asset itself is provided for free.
• If an asset is free, you may use it on nitro, public and free avatars without restrictions.
• All assets are for use exclusively within VRChat.

Sharing and Redistribution

• You may NOT share, redistribute, resell, trade, or gift an asset in any form except as a purchased gift.
• If you purchase an asset as a gift, you must provide the recipient’s information instead of your own.
• Commission clients must purchase the asset themselves; sharing the asset file to them is NOT allowed.

Modification and Claiming Ownership

• You are allowed to edit an asset to fit your needs. However, you may NOT claim an asset as your own creation.

Software Knowledge Disclaimer

• Before purchasing, make sure you have knowledge of how to use Blender. I do NOT offer support for adding an asset to an avatar.

Credit

• You MUST credit me whenever you use an asset. Please include a link to my Payhip store alongside my name.

Refunds and Liability

• Due to the digital format of an asset, refunds cannot be provided and all sales are final.
