Hi, I’m Peyton “PJ”, a 17-year-old high school student and young entrepreneur. I’m currently participating in my school’s CEO program, where I’m being mentored and learning firsthand what it takes to start and run a business. Through the program, I’m gaining real-world experience in business planning, marketing, budgeting, customer service, and entrepreneurship.

When it came time to create my own business, I wanted to build something around something I truly enjoy—cooking and canning. That’s how 1st Street Market Canning Co. began.

I make small-batch, homemade foods using fresh ingredients, including jams, jellies, sauces, fruit fillings, vegetables, and other canned favorites. I’m excited to take something I love doing and turn it into a business of my own while learning along the way.
