DIGITAL PRODUCT REFUND POLICY

Because our products are digital downloads that are delivered or made accessible immediately after purchase, sales are generally final once the digital product has been delivered or accessed, subject to applicable law.

Please contact us if you experience a problem such as receiving the wrong file, a corrupted or unusable download, duplicate billing, a delivery issue, or a material difference between the product received and the product description.

When appropriate, we will first attempt to resolve the issue through replacement, redelivery, or reasonable product support. If a qualifying problem cannot reasonably be corrected, a refund may be provided.

Refunds are generally not provided for change of mind, no longer needing the product, use with software that is not represented as compatible, or expectations for functionality that was not included in the product description.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

LICENSE & PERMITTED USE

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and modify the purchased workbook for your own personal or business rental-property portfolio. You may also make reasonable backup copies for your own use.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, publish, or otherwise provide the workbook—or a substantially similar derivative of it—as a template, digital product, or other distributed resource.

All intellectual-property rights in the original product remain with 24 FACCTS.

PRODUCT SUPPORT

If you have difficulty accessing your purchase or believe the workbook is not functioning as described, contact 24 FACCTS Support at support@24faccts.com and include your purchase information and a brief description of the issue.

Product support covers delivery and the intended functionality of the purchased product. Product support does not include individualized accounting, bookkeeping, tax, legal, investment, or property-management advice; data entry; customization; repair of customer-modified files; or analysis of a customer's rental-property portfolio unless separately agreed to as a professional service.
