2. Customer Content License

By purchasing, downloading, or using any design from 3DXP, you hereby grant 3DXP, its affiliates, and licensees a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and create derivative works from any publicly available photographs, videos, or other content depicting 3DXP designs, including but not limited to models, builds, or other creations made from such designs. This license shall be limited to promotional, marketing, and informational purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed. Credit to the original creator or photographer will be provided where reasonably practicable.

If you do not wish for your publicly available content to be used in this manner, you may notify 3DXP in writing.

3. User Responsibilities

When using 3DXP Designs, you agree to:

• Ensure any 3D prints or builds are safe for intended use.
• Accept full responsibility for any modifications or adaptations of our Designs.

3DXP is not responsible for how you use our Designs, including any damages or issues arising from printing, assembly, or use.

5. Third-Party Services

Our Designs may be used in conjunction with third-party platforms, printing services, or equipment. 3DXP is not responsible for any actions, errors, defects, costs, or damages arising from third-party services or hardware.

6. Payment & Refunds

All sales are final unless otherwise required by law. Because Designs are digital products, no refunds will be issued once a file has been downloaded or accessed. If you encounter a problem with a file, please contact 3DXP for assistance.

7. Account Responsibility (if applicable)

If you create an account with 3DXP, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity under your account will be considered authorized by you. 3DXP reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

All Designs are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. 3DXP makes no guarantees regarding fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, accuracy, or reliability of the Designs. If defects are detected within the design or parts require alterations please contact us to resolve the issue.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3DXP shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use or misuse of our Designs.

10. DMCA / Copyright Complaints

3DXP respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content available through our website infringes your copyright, please contact us with a detailed written notice including: (a) identification of the copyrighted work, (b) identification of the allegedly infringing material, (c) your contact information, and (d) a statement of good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized. We will investigate promptly and remove infringing content where appropriate.
