Self-Reflection.
Actually began my journal Today. I love how the initial focal point is self-reflective. Taking inventory of what qualities we can improve/enhance is one of the most challenging, yet beneficial steps that we can take. Often times, I've found that when we turn inward after an argument or disagreement, taking inventory of what wasn't resolved, and how it can be resolved, will give the time & grace needed to come to a resolution. Both partners approaches the issue with a willingness to resolve the issue, as opposed to attacking the other person. Some self-reflection, accountability, and time alone can make a world of a difference. Loving the Journal
