About Me
I’m an online coach and qualified football coach with a background as a competitive footballer, having played at academy level and in the semi-professional game. Football has shaped who I am — not just as an athlete, but as a coach who understands the demands of performance, development, and longevity in the sport.
Alongside coaching, I’m currently a Sports and Exercise Medicine student at a Russell Group university, working towards a career as a physiotherapist. This academic foundation allows me to combine evidence-based practice with real-world football experience, bridging the gap between performance, injury prevention, and long-term athlete development.
At 21 years old, I bring a modern, athlete-centred approach to coaching — focused on speed, strength, movement quality, and football-specific performance. My goal is simple: to help players unlock their physical potential, stay available, and perform at their best, consistently.
Whether you’re an aspiring footballer or a serious athlete looking to take the next step, my coaching is built on experience, education, and results.
