Andi Stewart is the founder of A2 Achieve, where she helps students uncover their strengths, organize their stories, and approach college applications with clarity and confidence. An environmental engineer, former federal leader, and senior environmental program manager, Andi brings a strategic, analytical approach to student coaching.

Through A2 Achieve, she has coached students pursuing Ivy League, near-Ivy, U.S. Service Academy, competitive public university, and state school pathways. Her work focuses on helping students build strong resumes, identify meaningful application themes, communicate their experiences effectively, and move through the admissions process with purpose.

At A2 Achieve, Andi believes strong applications are not about making students sound like someone they are not. They are about helping students recognize the value of what they have already done and present it clearly, accurately, and strategically.
