Job Purpose
As a Commission Sales Manager at ABC-IQ, your day will be filled with exciting opportunities to drive sales of our products through a commission-based structure, focusing on territories like the Indian subcontinent, North America, Canada, Middle East, Australia, Ocean Pacific, South America, Africa, and the European Union. You will be responsible for meeting monthly sales quotas, leveraging our state-of-the-art technologies and support tools, including website, radio, social media, and digital marketing. Your focus on Business and Cannabis medical arts programs will offer a unique chance to lead marketing campaigns through email, mobile marketing, and affiliate support management.
Tasks and responsibilities
Drive sales of ABC-IQ products through digital channels, focusing on Business and Cannabis medical arts programs.
Fulfill monthly sales quotas to drive territorial growth and maximize sales opportunities.
Utilize technology tools such as website, radio, social media, and digital marketing to reach sales targets.
Manage marketing campaigns through email, mobile marketing, and affiliate support listings.
Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals.
Monitor market trends and implement innovative approaches to maximize sales revenue.
-Close minimum monthly sales targets earning 10 30% commission for each sale.
Qualification
Proven experience in commission-based sales roles, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including email, mobile marketing, and affiliate support management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and drive sales efforts.
Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
Familiarity with sales territories in the Indian subcontinent, North America, Canada, Middle East, Africa, and the European Union.
