Juanita Sims, Founder and CEO of WORKLIFEBALANCEVA, is a woman who wears many hats—and wears them with purpose and grace.


A single mom to an incredible 15-year-old son, a devoted Christian, and a lifelong learner with degrees in business and healthcare administration along with numerous certifications, Juanita brings both personal passion and professional expertise to everything she does.


Her company, WORKLIFEBALANCEVA, began as a trusted Virtual Assistant service offering Task Management solutions. It has since evolved into a dynamic partner for entrepreneurs and professionals, providing not only administrative support but also strategic operational insights as an Operations Strategic Partner. This expansion reflects Juanita’s drive to help clients do more than manage their to-do lists—it’s about equipping them to scale their businesses, reclaim their time, and build a life that reflects their values.
