About Me
Hi, I’m the creator behind Focus Friendly Planner — a digital planning space made for ADHD women who are tired of productivity systems that feel like another thing to fail at.
I create gentle, practical planning tools for late-diagnosed and neurodivergent women who want structure without shame, flexibility without chaos, and support that works with real-life energy.
My goal is simple: to make planning feel less like pressure and more like a soft place to land.
Every page is designed with ADHD-friendly details in mind: clear layouts, low-friction prompts, dopamine-supportive planning, flexible routines, brain dumps, reset pages, and tiny next steps for the days when starting feels impossible.
This shop is for the woman who has bought beautiful planners before, used them for three days, and then felt guilty for disappearing from them.
Here, restarting is not failure.
Restarting is part of the system.
Thanks for being here. I hope these tools help you feel more supported, more grounded, and more capable — one small step at a time.
