Alen Alic BSc

I'm an experienced Property Manager with a strong background in property administration, tenant relations, rental management and property maintenance.

Having managed a portfolio of residential properties and short-term rentals, I understand the challenges landlords and property managers face every day.

I created AI Property Admin to combine real property management experience with smart AI-powered tools, helping landlords, letting agents and property professionals save time, stay organised and manage their properties more efficiently.

My mission: Making property management simpler, smarter and more affordable with AI.
