Hi, I’m Chef Darryl King, founder of A King’s Palate.

My culinary journey is rooted in Southern comfort food, Caribbean influences, family traditions, and a passion for bringing people together through unforgettable meals. What began as a love for cooking for family and friends has grown into a brand dedicated to creating elevated dining experiences inspired by flavors from around the world.

As a private chef and food creator based in Georgia, I believe great food tells a story. Every recipe I share reflects memories, culture, and the people who helped shape my love for the kitchen.

My debut cookbook, Southern Comfort Inspired by Global Flavors, is a collection of some of my favorite dishes—recipes that have earned a permanent place at my table and are now being shared with yours.
