About Me

Hi! I'm Ashley—a mother, parent-child relationship specialist, and dedicated reparenting guide. I grew up just outside Omaha, Nebraska, with four brothers, and now live in Colorado with my partner. Together, we have four children. Over the years, I've cultivated a deep love for cooking, reading, thrifting, intentional movement, sunshine, organizing, child development, and exploring functional medicine and holistic health.

With a diverse background in exercise science, psychology, early childhood education, parent coaching, EMDR, and somatics, I've dedicated my career to supporting children and families. From coaching tennis and nannying to teaching Maria Montessori's philosophies to toddlers, each experience deepened my understanding of human development. Volunteering for at-risk youth with programs like the YMCA's Reach and Rise and the Crisis Textline has been especially meaningful to me. Having once been considered "at-risk" myself, I was fortunate to find mentors who opened new possibilities for my life. I strive to offer that same encouragement to others, reminding them it's never too late to become who they are truly meant to be.

In 2021, as I prepared to welcome my first child, I grew more curious about how to nurture children from the start. Inspired by Nathaniel Branden's words, "We teach what we are," I realized that to raise happy, authentic, and emotionally resilient children, I needed to embody those qualities myself. This realization shifted my focus from solely parenting and shaping children to reparenting myself and helping others do the same. In 2024, I completed certifications in parent coaching, EMDR, and Somatics, and today, I work with clients with a vision of fostering a life rooted in authenticity.
