Tamar Shukvani
Hi, I’m Tamar Shukvani, an English teacher, resource creator, and former journalist from Georgia.
After five years covering politics and social issues as a print journalist, I decided to step out of my comfort zone and rebuild my life around global opportunities. I embraced international volunteering and teaching—working in schools and kindergartens in Romania, teaching at a language centre in Georgia, joining the AIESEC Teaching Project in Turkey, and leading non-formal education programs with the Euroweek Foundation in Poland.
Through these experiences, I transformed English from a personal challenge into my profession. Today, I teach learners of all ages, design engaging ESL worksheets for teachers and students worldwide, and continue learning new languages like Turkish.
I built this platform to share my journey, stories, and lessons learned along the way. I believe that constant movement, adaptability, and striving for your goals can change everything—and I hope my story inspires you to take your next big step, too.
