Pastor Osbert Williams is the senior pastor of the Woodbrook Pentecostal Church Trinidad, along with his wife Rev Angela Williams as co-pastor. They have been married for forty (40) years and have five (5) children and six (6) grandchildren. They have been pastors for thirty (33) years but continue to be itinerant ministers nationally and internationally. They both hold a master's in Family Life Education from Oasis University. Together they teach and develop people on their mentorship platform. 

Pastor Osbert has authored three (3) books namely: Restoring The Family, Experiencing the Person, Presence and Power of the Holy Spirit – revised edition 2022, Effective Parenting, and Rev Angela has authored three (3) books namely: Knowing the Heart of God through Worship - A practical guide, Woman Influence Your Sphere, and Becoming God’s Delight.” Osbert has traveled as a missionary to Africa with Uplift International, teaching agriculture by day and preaching at night. They are experienced radio and television hosts

Angela is an international Worship Minister, a songwriter of approximately 70 song titles, and a composer and producer. She has recorded 7 gospel Albums and traveled to 27 nations teaching and preaching at conferences and churches. Angela has trained choirs amounting to 500 to 1000 voices for national events in her nation, such as the Benny Hinn Crusades. She has ministered alongside Vicky Winana, Donnie McClurkin, Marvin Sapp, Ron Kenoly, and Ellen Parsely, to name a few.

Pastors Osbert and Angela Williams major in teaching about the family, worship, and the Holy Spirit. They firmly believe that strong homes produce strong communities and a strong nation. They desire to see families experience the power of the Word of God in their daily living and to help persons find their places of function in the Body of Christ.
