My name is Dianne Walker. This book was written for everyone who has ever sat in a church pew, known the scriptures, and still wondered why God felt so far away. It is for those who still struggle to believe that God exists.

I know that feeling personally. I grew up in the church, served in ministry, and spent years knowing about God before I ever really knew Him. This book is the result of that journey — the honest, sometimes difficult, always faithful walk toward a relationship with a God who never stopped pursuing me.

My heart is that every person who reads these pages discovers what I discovered — that the God who loves you is not distant, not disappointed, and not done with you. He is personal, He is present, and He wants to be known.
