If your bottle arrives damaged or leaking, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace or refund your order. Cold Weather Notice

Place the bottle in a warm room or a bowl of warm water for 5–10 minutes, it will return to liquid form.

If your bottle arrived damaged or leaking, please send a photo and we’ll replace or refund it immediately.
