Insert hook in the back bump of the return pass chain, yarn over, draw through one loop. 

I use this increasing method over other increasing methods (most of the time) because it doesn't leave a hole in the work when you make it.

I've seen this method also being referred to as increasing in the back bump. Regardless of what you call it, if you insert the hook in the back bump of the return pass chain, you get this effect.
