Zainab is a business consultant, trainer, researcher and organisational development professional with more than two decades of experience across the public, private and international sectors.

Throughout her career, she has worked in business administration, banking, customer service, human resources, organisational support, research, project coordination and leadership, contributing to organisations in Ghana and internationally, including experience in Qatar, Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States, the Maldives, the Netherlands, Belgium, France and India.

She holds a Master of Arts in Information Studies (Leadership and Management) from University College London, and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Banking and Finance) from the University of Ghana.

Her professional experience spans consultancy, organisational transformation, executive support, research management, customer service excellence, process improvement and business development.
