By purchasing an avatar from me, you are agreeing to my TOS. Failure to comply to these rules will result in you losing access to the package and prevent you from further purchases from my store, as well as possibly other stores.

Avatar projects are a digital product and non-refundable.

This is a Personal Use Only product.

If your information is input incorrectly, you do not own the rights to the avatar. You can only own the rights to the avatar if your information is correctly recorded.

Do not claim it as your own or resell the avatar, assets, or any edits done. This is my work.

Do not upload it publicly or for any account that is not your own.

Do not share this package or any products accessible through this package.

Do not asset mine or use assets/materials/textures in this package on any other avatar. Inspiration is allowed.

Do not price split.

If you are being commissioned for an edit, both parties must own the product.

You can edit this avatar however you like.

Allowed for Streams, Tiktoks, Instagram, or any other type of social media platform. You must credit me, no matter how heavy an edit it is.

You are allowed to port the avatars into other VR games, but only VR games.

Unless otherwise stated, assets are allowed to be used Commercially, on Free or Nitro avatars, or for Personal Use. Some assets will have a Commercial License, which is required to own to use on commercial or nitro avatars.

If my assets are used, no matter how heavily edited, I should be properly credited with my name [Void Valid] and a link to my store, discord, or a social media platform.

Do not share the asset or textures with anyone who does not own the rights.

If my asset is being used in a commission, the commissioner must own the rights to the asset. The person recieving the commission is not required to own the asset.

You can edit this asset however you like.

You are allowed to use this asset for any VR games, but only VR games unless given direct permission.
