Faculty life, is complicated at best and downright miserable at its worst. 

Shortly after earning tenure at Loyola University, I concluded that it was time for my next chapter. My next few career moves led me to eventually embark on my entrepreneurial journey - serving clients as a developmental editor, faculty coach, and life consultant. 

At first, I thought it would just be about helping writers become better writers. Now, after supporting so many amazing academics, I am motivated by my greater mission: to empower marginalized academics-women, BIPOC, and Queer individuals-to (re)define their personal, professional, and scholarly narratives through compassionate, confidential, and customized writing and holistic support.
