Victory is a Senior Legal Officer at Society for Family Health, She is an astute legal practitioner and company secretary with demonstrated proficiency in legal analysis and compliance. She is a Member of the Nigerian Bar Association, NBA Section on Business Law, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), ICC YAAF, Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) and the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA).

She has also published articles on several areas of Law and Public Health.

She is solution-oriented, an avid researcher and exceptional in corporate communication.

She extends beyond her work as she serves to enlighten the society on the Rights and Obligations of Citizens by providing pro bono services through the (MFM) Lawyer's Forum.

She is an alumnus of the Prestigious University of Abuja, FCT. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2020.
