
Our Story
Attending training programmes always felt like spending hours going through content with some activities and ending with a feeling of learning something new. As time passes by, the content gets reduced to a decorated item of the past. Using that knowledge meant starting all over again. I am sure this sounds very familiar. It's a complete different story with online programmes where you start with a bang only to struggle completing it.
Started in 2015 we worked with several clients from retail, food, banking, financial services to improve operations and build team skills. Ability of team members to learn and use concepts quickly was the key message and that’s where we adopted the technique of bite-size “learning and applying”.
