Do I need gym experience?

Not at all. Many of my clients are complete beginners. Your programme will be tailored to your experience level and confidence.

Can I train from home?

Yes. Your training plan can be designed for home workouts, gym workouts, or a mixture of both.

How quickly will I receive my plan?

Most plans are delivered within 3-5 working days after completing your questionnaire.

Nutrition

Do I have to cut out foods I enjoy?

No. Strong Without Sacrifice is built around sustainability. You'll learn how to enjoy your favourite foods while still making progress.

Will I receive a meal plan?

You'll receive personalised calorie, protein and nutrition targets, meal ideas and guidance tailored to your lifestyle and goals.

Can you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and other dietary preferences can all be accommodated.




Results

How quickly will I see results?

Everyone is different, but most clients begin noticing improvements in energy, confidence, strength and habits within the first few weeks.

What if my goal is fat loss?

We'll create a realistic strategy that fits your lifestyle, helping you lose body fat without extreme diets or endless cardio.

What if I want to build muscle and tone up?

Payments & Commitment

Can I cancel Online Coaching?

Yes. Monthly coaching can be cancelled with notice before your next payment date.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of personalised plans and coaching services, refunds are generally not available once work has begun.

Secure payments can be made through Payhip using major debit and credit cards.
